Thank you for your interest in our internship program. Our interns are a group of hard working, fun loving, energetic and Christ centered individuals that are dedicated to building the local church. We are passionate about raising up leaders and equipping individuals to maximize their potential through a unique combination of weekly bible studies, leadership development and practical ministry experience. We are also committed to the personal development of each intern and believe that our program will empower you to flourish in every sphere of life. 1. What is the Accelerate Your Life Internship Program?
The Accelerate Your Life Internship Program has two starting dates: January or July. A typical internship lasts 3-6 months. During your time in Berlin, we will do our best to help you accelerate your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and your ability to practically build the House of God in a European urban environment. You will be exposed to a broad range of ministries and experiences. You will be challenged and inspired to grow in your potential as a follower of Jesus and in your skills in building the local church.
2. What does Accelerate Your Life Internship Program cost?
The Accelerate Your Life Internship Program is free. However, interns are required to pay for their own housing, transportation and living expenses during their stay.
3. What are the basic requirements?
- you are willing to serve under local church leadership
- you are ready to do whatever it takes to build the local church
- you are willing to join a small group during your internship

5. What does a typical week look like?
Interns agree to a mandatory time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week (including Sunday services) with two free days per week. Your week will be packed with inspirational teaching, practical ministry experience and outreach opportunities. Once an intern’s ministry track is selected, a more detailed weekly schedule will be provided.
6. Accommodation and transport?
Accommodation is not provided. Interns are welcome to get in contact with one another and rent a flat or a house together. Berlin has a very sophisticated and well-organized transportation system. Interns should purchase a monthly ticket during their stay. Ticket cost: 81€ monthly.
7. International Applicants: Visas
Please apply for your visa immediately upon receiving your acceptance letter, if your application is successful. We do advise that you begin researching the exact requirements for your visa application, as well as which visa to apply for, by contacting your nearest Germany Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible.
8. Do I need to be fluent in English?
No. However, our church is an English speaking church. Basic English skills will be sufficient.
